Our traditional felt liners are custom-designed to meet your unique requirements. Using the highest quality raw materials available, the liners are manufactured using a multi-stage production process. The liners are continually tested on a number of criteria including density, thickness, fiber distribution evenness, strength and weld-ability of the finished product. Once the liner has been constructed, the material is then coated, using a “single pass” extruded process to ensure there are no pinholes present. During this phase, tests are again conducted to monitor coating uniformity, mass and weight distribution.
Trenchless pipe lining such as Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) is the most affordable and effective way to rehabilitate and fortify an aging sewer or water system. Clay, PVC, concrete, cast iron, metal and most other types of pipe can be replaced through CIPP tubes.
